I randomly selected Shakopee Florist off of Google, as I was not familiar with the area and needed to order an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral only two days later. A lady named Shanoah answered the phone & proceeded to spend the next 10+ minutes helping to make that happen. She pleasantly & patiently offered suggestions, took down information/payment, & emailed me a receipt. The end result was honestly, bigger & better than even I had in mind! Shakopee Florist is awesome! There was a little error that happened in the flowers which I ordered for my wife. However, Shanoah LaPatka fixed the situation and made it all right with a beautiful arrangement, which my wife loved! Thank you for the excellent customer service!
